Cancellation Policy

Polite reminder Please remember if you have arranged to join any of the services offered, please kindly ensure you have arranged payment in advance. Please know that I value both your time and my time. Once booked and arranged, my time is especially reserved for you. I understand emergencies happen and things crop up from time to time and cancellation may be required and I will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Please try to understand that my time and energy is incorporated into preparing for any sessions well in advance. This cancellation policy is in place to protect the interests of my business. Could I ask that you please make contact at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled session. Cancellations requested outside this time will incur the full session payment. If you do need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. If you wish to reschedule, of course I will try to accommodate you. However there is limited space available due to a busy diary and this is not always possible If payments are not made or cancellations are made on a regular basis, no further sessions will be booked in the future. Please also note that if you are over 15 minutes late for a booking and have not rescheduled, it is considered a “No-Show” and you will therefore be required to pay for the scheduled session in full .
